Terms and Conditions
Access and use of the **ZenitChat** infrastructure implies acceptance of the following technical and operational terms. Our relationship is based on transparency and data processing efficiency.
1. The Orchestration Service
ZenitChat provides a data orchestration middleware that facilitates the transfer of structured information in JSON format to the user database. The service includes access to natural language processing models and record normalization tools.
2. User Responsibility
By using our infrastructure, the user assumes full responsibility for:
- The validity and security of the provided API Keys (OpenAI, Supabase, etc.).
- The correct configuration of their database for receiving JSON objects.
- The lawful use of the captured information, respecting local and international privacy regulations.
3. Limitation of Liability
ZenitChat acts exclusively as a technical processor. Therefore, we are not responsible for:
- Data loss resulting from incorrect configurations in the user instance.
- Service interruptions caused by external infrastructure or AI providers.
- Content generated by language models that does not meet the expectations of the end customer.
4. Intellectual Property
All source code, orchestration algorithms, JSON schemas, and visual elements of the ZenitChat interface are the exclusive property of the platform. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to operate the service according to the contracted plan.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The use of ZenitChat for fraudulent activities, denial-of-service attacks, or any action that compromises the integrity of our infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate revocation of access API Keys and termination of the contract without the right to a refund.
6. Modifications and Jurisdiction
ZenitChat reserves the right to modify these terms to adapt them to new technical functionalities or legislative changes. Any technical or legal dispute will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts defined in the country of operation of the service.
Acceptance of these terms guarantees a safe and efficient working environment for all infrastructure users.
